Jimmy Wants Nightmare To Be A Superhuman

Last Thursday during a simple talk with Jimmy Chen, who played Scott/Nightmare in Nightmare: The Awaken, some issues about the character have been spoken. The original concept stated that Nightmare is a high school teenager with street fighting skill which turns out to be a vigilante who fights for justice. But, in the simple talk with Jimmy, he wants Nightmare to be more than a vigilante.

"I love superhuman type heroes. Like the Wolverine or Deadpool, because they are awesome. I want Nightmare to be a superhuman too." - Jimmy.

What if Nightmare a superhuman?

"Actually the idea of Nightmare being a superhuman type hero can be considered. Because there are a lot to explore about this character. Nightmare is one of a unique character, and we can actually make him a superhuman in the story. Who knows what is hidden under the bandages on his arms?" - Cameron.

Nightmare can be more than a character himself, there are so many about him that haven't been explored. This concept of Nightmare being a superhuman can be considered because there is no actual script about the story yet. If the movie is still going on in production, we might able to see a unique Nightmare in the future.

"We already have a semi-superhuman character in the storyline. Bane. A muscular killer with steroids problem which made him an extraordinary strong individual that even bullets can't hurt him." - Cameron.

Would You Like To See Nightmare: The Awaken Movie In The Future?

Last night at Crown Garden Hotel, KB, upon the SMCH Prefects Annual Dinner Night 2015, Dragon X's #finalact Part 2 was released successfully on screen to about 100 attended prefects and teachers. The final video for Dragon X's entire video project was given a title - See You Again, a song by Wiz Khalifa ft Charlie Puth.

#finalact Part 2 - See You Again was vocal played by Jeff Lim and Ong Kheng Boon, where the video was written and directed by Cameron Tan. The video will be available on YouTube starting on Sunday ( 4 Oct ) at 8am.

Upon the successful release of #finalact Part 1 - Nightmare: The Awaken trailer on last week, questions have been received about the continuity of the Nightmare movie. Based on the #finalact project, Dragon X had only just completed the filming for Nightmare: The Awaken trailer. But what about the full movie? Even the casts themselves raise the questions about the production.

After the released of the trailer a week ago, some of the casts were hoping that Nightmare: The Awaken to be completed in a full movie. "It is really excited if Nightmare could be completed in a full movie, because there are a lot of story to tell about this character. The crews were so excited during the production, the casts were so excited about their role, about their story. And I am also excited to finish this movie. But time is too short right now. We are not actually actors, stars, we are just students which were selected to play this story. And we don't have studios or high tech cameras or visual effects team to produce the film. But if time is on our sides, I will definitely complete this movie." - Cameron Tan.
