Curriculum Day 2012

Today, I myself, Dragon X's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cameron Tan took part in a marching competition upon school Curriculum Day. I represented St John Ambulance, while the other teammate represented in Police Cadet, Bomba Cadet.

Some represented in performing of 24 Seasonal Drum, Chinese Orchestra. It was a wonderful day today in our school life.

(M-class) Solar Flare

This big (M-class) solar flare which happened on July 2nd has already received a lot of attention. What I find the most interesting is how twisted is the magnetic flux rope which got erupted. This image reveals a lot of structure - see my sketch in the insert. I am also about to upload a spectacular movie which shows how it untwists and takes off! And I cannot decide whether it looks like an elephant trunk or like a dragonrfly. :)
