After the retirement of the reusable launch water rocket, Aquarius, an 18 October 2010, planned final launch , Dragon X's Phantom X rocket was postponed and cancelled caused of the technical problem on its Ignition Burn Pod (IBP) on 09 December 2010.
A year project, the Phantom X Project was cancelled caused of the technical problem on its IBP a few seconds before launch. The error had suspended Dragon X's launch mission for months. Dragon X's CEO, Cameron Tan, planned for a Rocket Launch - Development Operational Vehicle (RL-DOV) was built to have some research onto rocket's launch development progress.
A new design, Aquarius Z, will be test for a LCS launch experiment on the beginning of November 2011, and also made its maiden flight for the design. Another new Chemical Igniting system (CIS) launch technology design, Galaxy X, will made its maiden flight on the end of November 2011.
On the mid December 2011, for the first time Dragon X will planned for two rockets to be launch on the same day. Aquarius Z will closed up the entire water launch projects and will be moved to the RL-DOV mission if the first Galaxy X mission was succeeded. And Galaxy X-2 will be launch for a parachuting experiment and will set as the inauguration of the new CIS launch technology.
Maybe some changes or updates will be made. But for the both maiden flight, data will be collected for analysing. Launch dates and launch windows will be determine.
